Lianfa now covers an area of 730 mu,has total assets of RMB1.107 billion with more than 5000 employees. Lianfa has eight subsidiary companies including Nantong Lianfa Thermoelectricity co.Ltd, Nantong Lianfa Garments Co.Ltd,Haian Lianfa Garments Co.Ltd,Huaian Lianfa Textiles Co. Ltd,Haian Lianfa Cotton-spinning Co,Ltd,Nantong Lianfa Printing and Dying Co. Ltd, Jiangsu James Textiles Co. Ltd,Shanghai Haoen Garments Co.LTD, Lianfa also has four branches,which are dying plant, prepare plant, weaving plant and finishing plant.
Lianfa’s main products are yarn, yarn-dyed fabrics and shirts. The quantity of annual orders of yarn-dyed fabrics is 90 million meters and 5 million pieces of shirts. Lianfa mainly produces total ten series which over 1500 kinds of yarn-dyed fabrics counted in some ten thousands of patterns and colors ranging from 40s to160s cotton, Lycra, Tencel, linen etc.Products are sold to more than 20 provinces and cities nationally, exported to Japan, the United States, UK, Italy,etc., total 36 countries and regions internationally. The quantity of Lianfa’s yarn-dyed fabrics accounts for 2.04% of domestic market, taking a proportion of 5.4% of the national export amount. The yarn-dye fabric named “DOUBLE COIN” was recognized as “Jiangsu Famous Brand" and it also was awarded the "Top Ten Textile Fabric Brand" identified by the State General Administration of Quality and Technical Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine as "Enterprise for Exemption from Export Inspection"
Lianfa is the executive director of China's Cotton Textile Industry Association. According to statistics of the Association, the major economic indicators of Lianfa are in the “Top Ten Yarn-dye Woven Industry” for sequent three years, 2006,2007and 2008.In the index of national woven industry in 2008 of the economic benefit ,export value (export earnings) ranked third, main business income ranked the fourth, profits and taxes per capita ranked fifth, social contribution rate ranked the fourth. Lianfa is the largest and best-performing of the yarn-dyed company in Jiangsu Province. Lianfa became the important ratepaying private enterprise in Jiangsu Province in 2007 and 2008, the top 20 textile taxpayer in Jiangsu province. In 2009, Lianfa was recognized as a high-tech technology enterprise at state-level, private owned technology enterprises in Jiangsu Province, pilot enterprises for recycling economy in Jiangsu Province, “Excellent Technology Innovation Enterprise” at the Tenth Five-year Plan, example enterprise of energy-saving and emission-reduction in Jiangsu Province and first-class exporting enterprise in Jiangsu Province.
Lianfa always adheres to the principles of high positioning,,high quality,and high-end market-oriented. Major equipments are advanced ones purchased after 2003, and more than 70% key production equipments are from Janpan, Italy, Germany, Switzerland and Hong Kong. These advanced equipments from developed countries and regions make Lianfa at a leading position in domestic industry . The industrial construction has been put integrated as one-stop production, forming a industrial chain from cotton spinning - Yarn-dyed production - garment clothing, because of this, Lianfa occupies a more favorable position, with cost advantages, larger profit margins and stronger ability to resist risks. According to Textile world, an U.S famous magazine, there are top 25 advanced technology in the world textile industry,16 of them are being used by Lianfa, and six of them to be used. Total utilization of the advanced technologies accounts 88%. Company's product quality is reliable, passing European "Oeko-Tex Standard 100" Standard Certification organized by the Swiss Textile Testing Company, implementing the national standards of GB/T18885-2002, Japan JIS standard, United Kingdom M & S standard , and American AATCC International Textile standard. Lianfa introduced a full range of textile testing instruments, which certificated by ITS, and Lianfa's testing centre has been certificated by HAGGAR, GAP, PVH, LIZ etc. Lianfa established the ERP management system which passed the ISO9001 quality management system, ISO14001 environmental management system, AAA standards of good conduct certificate, OHSAS18001: 1999 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification. Lianfa actively brought in performance management system, and in 2009, Lianfa won "Quality Award in Jiangsu Province" and "Model Enterprise for Implementation of the Performance Management System in 2009”.
Lianfa is the development base for state yarn-dyed product, its CNAS is the first laboratory of Jiangsu recognized by national yarn-dyed industry. Lianfa also builds the technology center of Jiangsu Province, yarn-dyed textile engineering technology research center of Jiangsu province. more than 1000 yarn-dyed fabrics in new materials, new patterns are designed by Lianfa .
